CLGSA & N.A.G.A.A.A. are PROUD to Announce

2010 Gay Softball World Series

We Need Athletic Supporters!

Columbus, OH - Columbus has long been a strong supporter of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Trangender (GLBT) Community.  We are pleased to announce Columbus was selected by the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA) to host the largest annual GLBT Sporting Event in the world!

Titled "Stand Tall.  Play Ball." the 34th Annual Gay Softball World Series will be staged August 16 - 21, 2010, at Lou Berliner Park on the City's south side.  The event will attract more than 150 - 170 championship teams representing leagues from 37 major U.S. and Canadian Cities.  It will be the largest Gay Sporting Event ever held in the state of Ohio and we need your help!

What we need is your creative mind, body, and service in the form of volunteering.  Whatever level of interest, we can use your help.

  • Planner by nature?  We can use you on the front end developing this great event!
  • Want to hang out with Jocks and Jockettes at the fields?  Sign up to work a concession stand or be part of the grounds crew.
  • Straight allies are home runs, too!

If you are interested in volunteering, please click "Volunteer Now" or "Volunteer Later" of the Main Menu to register.  For additional information, feel free to email Dallas Aldridge and Brian Lawrence (Executive Co-Directors) at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
